Beach Grove Guest House discounts are offered for the following:

• Every sixth night's stay is free!
• Special Senior Rates (off season)
• Group rates upon request

Advance Payments

• For reserving a stay of two nights, a deposit by credit card of the price for one night is required to make the reservation
• For bookings of 3 nights or more, we require a deposit by credit card of 20% of the total price of your stay to make the reservation and an additional 30% at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival
• The 50% balance is required upon your arrival

Notes on Reservations and Rates

• All rates are the same whether there are one or two people occupying the suite.
• For an extra person in a room/suite, there will be an additional charge of $20 per night.
• All rates subject to change until reservations are booked.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and all payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars. Convert rates to your own currency
• All advance payments must be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. When on-site, you may also pay in cash in Canadian Dollars



Cancellation Policies

We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance, to cover the potential loss of any deposits due to inability to travel for medical reasons.

• If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date of your reservation, we will refund any advance payments that we have received from you.
• After 7 days in advance of your reserved date of arrival, all advance payments are not refundable, unless we can resell time you had reserved. In this case, the refund will be in proportion to the amount of revenue we can recover from resale to other guests.
  


Accommodation Policies

Beach Grove Guest House strives to be as flexible as possible so you may enjoy the wonders of Lower Mainland Vancouver throughout the year.

• Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm
• Check-out time is before 11:00 am
• Children are welcome
• Sorry, pets are not able to be accommodated
• Non-Smoking Environment - smokers may enjoy the great outdoors
• Breakfast: please inform the Hostess ahead of time of special dietary needs or scheduling requirements
